Who we are

Memoryport is operated by Not Community Labs Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Memoryport service, website, and related tools.

What we collect

• Email address — used for account creation and communication.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• API usage metrics — request counts, storage usage, and error rates to operate the service.
• Arweave wallet address — used to associate your permanent storage with your account.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect, read, or store your conversation content. Conversations are stored locally on your machine or encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on Arweave. Your encrypted data is never stored on or accessible from our servers. Only you hold the decryption keys.

Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication via Supabase. These are session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — authentication and account management.
• Arweave — permanent decentralized storage for encrypted data.
• Turbo / ArDrive — upload service for Arweave data items.

Data retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Upon deletion, we remove your profile, API keys, and usage logs from our systems. Data stored on Arweave is permanent by design and cannot be deleted by anyone, including us. This is a fundamental property of the Arweave protocol, not a policy choice.
