Terms of Service

The service

Memoryport provides local AI memory with optional permanent cloud storage. The software runs on your machine, indexing and retrieving conversation context across your LLM tools. Cloud features (Arweave backup, cross-device sync) are available through paid plans.

Plans and pricing

• Free tier — unlimited local storage, all integrations, no SLA.
• Pro tier — $9.99/month. Includes ~250M tokens per month of Arweave permanent storage, cross-device sync, cold-start rebuild from chain, and priority support. Best-effort SLA.

Pricing may change with notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least 12 months after any change.

User responsibilities

By using Memoryport, you agree not to:

• Abuse the API or use it in ways that degrade service for others.
• Circumvent rate limits or authentication mechanisms.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.

Your data

You own your data. We do not access, read, or analyze your encrypted content. Conversation data is stored locally on your machine or encrypted on Arweave with keys only you control. We have no ability to decrypt your stored conversations.

Arweave storage

Data uploaded to Arweave is permanent and irreversible by design. Once data is written to the Arweave network, it cannot be deleted or modified by anyone, including Not Community Labs Inc. You are responsible for understanding this property before enabling cloud backup. All data is encrypted before upload, so only you can read it, but the encrypted payload will exist on Arweave indefinitely.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted from our systems. Data already stored on Arweave remains permanent and accessible with your encryption keys.

Limitation of liability

Memoryport is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Not Community Labs Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, or issues with third-party integrations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
